DNA Communicates via Electromagnetic Spectrum

DNA Communicates via Electromagnetic Spectrum

In a most astonishing study conducted by Dr. Luc Montagnier, DNA is shown to communicate through frequencies in the low (LF)and very low(VLF) range of the EM spectrum. The ability for DNA to transfer information, thereby causing nucleotides to arrange in identical structure as the ‘control’ DNA sample in a separate test tube is confirmed. This property of DNA was previously unknown to science.
“The Coming Revolution in Wave Biology: An Interview with Dr. Luc Montagnier”
http://archive.larouchepac.com/node/19140
“Some bacterial and viral DNA sequences have been found to induce low frequency electromagnetic waves in high aqueous dilutions. This phenomenon appears to be triggered by the ambient electromagnetic background of very low frequency. We discuss this phenomenon in the framework of quantum field theory. A scheme able to account for the observations is proposed. The reported phenomenon could allow to develop highly sensitive detection systems for chronic bacterial and viral infections.”
“Evidence has been accumulated on the influence of electromagnetic (em) fields on living organisms. The frequencies of the involved em fields cover different intervals corresponding to the different scales present in the organisms. In the present paper, by referring to recently published experimental results [1, 2, 3], we discuss the appearance of a new property of DNA correlated with the induction of extremely low frequency (ELF) em fields. These fields can be induced by suitable procedures in water dilutions which become able to propagate the information contained in the DNA of the original organisms to other ones.”
“The list of diseases in which EMS have been found (such as Alzheimer, Parkinson, Multiple Sclerosis, various neuropathies, chronic Lyme syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis) indicate clearly that their presence is not limited to diseases known to be of infectious origin: The fact that EMS have been found in diseases not known to be of infectious origin is intriguing, and leads us to seek bacterial or viral factors in these diseases.”
“Montagnier result was the creation of another DNA out of pure water. His team’s series of experiments lack counter experimentation by other teams, but their conclusions would lead us to think of resonance induction as a phenomenon not only confined to acoustic reign.
We can follow from the top image a Montagnier team’s sketch of a sample experiment: two test tubes, one of which contained a tiny piece of bacterial DNA diluted in water at -6 (in fact defined as “-6”), the other contained just pure water ( defined as “water”) , both were surrounded by a weak electromagnetic field of 7Hz through a solenoid.
Eighteen hours later, after DNA amplification using a polymerase chain reaction, as if by magic the DNA was detectable in the test tube containing pure water.
The original DNA sample (-6) had to be diluted many times over for the experiment to work, which might explain why the phenomenon has not been detected before.”
Additionally, it should be noted that DNA exhibits properties of fractal antenna; with the ability to both send and receive information at varying frequencies.

FCC under industry control now pushes for ubiquitous 5G coverage throughout America

In May 2013 President Barack Obama, as “payback” appointed Tom Wheeler, an industry lobbyist and top campaign fundraiser and former leader of wireless- and cable-industry groups, to head the U.S. FCC. An example of Washington’s “revolving door” between government agencies and corporate America, Wheeler’s appointment was helped on by his fundraising investment on behalf on Obama’s re-election campaign. AS a result the FCC operates not as a regulator but essentially as a promotor of wireless technology free of regulatory limits. Currently we have the FCC pushing 5G for ubiquitous coverage throughout America. Read about the latest on the proposed 5G rollout from Katie Singer:

No Longer a Conspiracy Theory: CIA Director Admits Plans of Aerosol Spraying for Geoengineering

No Longer a Conspiracy Theory: CIA Director Admits Plans of Aerosol Spraying for Geoengineering

Matt Agorist July 5, 2016

Last week, the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, John O. Brennan addressed instability and transnational threats to global security at a meeting with the Council on Foreign Relations. During his long-winded talk of threats to US interests and how the largely CIA-created ISIL threat is impacting the world, Brennan brought up the topic of geoengineering.

Another example is the array of technologies—often referred to collectively as geoengineering—that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.
Brennan went on to echo the calls from some scientists who have called for aerial spraying.

An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. The process is also relatively inexpensive—the National Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly.
The extent at which Brennan talked about stratospheric aerosol injection shows that he and the CIA have likely been considering this for some time.

As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community. On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
On the geopolitical side, the technology’s potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions at the expense of others could trigger sharp opposition by some nations. Others might seize on SAI’s benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. And, as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI.
“Chemtrails” have long been the talk of conspiracy theories with massive amounts of disinformation being posted all over the internet including fake studies and photos. However, several real studies show that some ‘seeding’ or geoengineering may be taking place.

study published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health is suggesting that geoengineering has already begun, and the substance being used is a toxic by-product of coal burning call coal-fly ash.

“The widespread, intentional and increasingly frequent chemical emplacement in the troposphere has gone unidentified and unremarked in the scientific literature for years. The author presents evidence that toxic coal combustion fly ash is the most likely aerosolized particulate sprayed by tanker-jets for geoengineering, weather-modification and climate-modification purposes and describes some of the multifold consequences on public health.
Also, it has been proposed that unintentional geoengineering may already be taking place as well. As Derrick Broze points out, researchers with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) are suggesting contrails from airplanes may be inadvertently geoengineering the skies.

Chuck Long is a researcher with the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES) at the NOAA Earth System Research Laboratory at the University of Colorado in Boulder. At the recent American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting, Long and his team released their paper, “Evidence of Clear-Sky Daylight Whitening: Are we already conducting geoengineering?” The analysis found that vapor from airplanes may be altering the climate through accidental geoengineering.

It may be a very long time before we know what, if anything, is actually going on in our skies. However, when the CIA, who is responsible for so much turmoil on a global scale, begins talking about geoengineering, we should listen.

Please share this story with your friends and family who think it’s only conspiracy nuts who talk about spraying things into the sky.

The part of the speech where Brennan talks about geoengineering begins at the 12:05 marker.

Dear all,
At last, Ontario's  ministry of health and long-term care has launched a task force to address ‘recognition and care’ of Ontarians withenvironmental and chemical sensitivities (ES/MCS), myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) and fibromyalgia (FM). I thought you would be interested in this news.

Since 2008, I have been working very hard with many wonderful people (health policy experts, health care providers, patient organization leaders, researchers, public servants and physicians)  to bring about recognition, inclusion and equity for people with these disabling health disorders, who struggle painfully without recognition or care in our health care system.

You can learn more about this process by exploring  the project for an Ontario Centre of Excellence in Environmental Health, or OCEEH (http://recognitioninclusionandequity.org/)

In response to this work, in May of this year Ontario finally announced the formation of a Task Force on Environmental Health (TFEH), whose job it will be to bring back final recommendations for government action to 'raise awareness and improve care' for the roughly 550,000 people in Ontario living with these conditions.

Visit the website: http://www.health.gov.on.ca/en/public/programs/environmentalhealth/default.aspx

The first meeting took place June 6, but substantive work and news won't be available until September.

Dr. Howard Hu, Dean of the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto and a distinguished environmental health scholar and physician, is chairing the task force (http://www.dlsph.utoronto.ca/faculty-profile/hu-howard/).
Neil Stuart (read a brief bio at http://recognitioninclusionandequity.org/who-we-are/) is vice chair.

I have been appointed as one of the 15 members (vardaburstyn.com)
To see or download the documentation and recommendations the OCEEH project will be putting to the task force, as well as many other resources, please visit http://recognitioninclusionandequity.org/resources/.

I am away on another project this summer, but if anyone wishes more information on these developments, here are contacts.

Science Censorship in Australia: The retraction of the ABC TV Catalyst “Wi-Fried?”

Science Censorship in Australia: The retraction of the ABC TV Catalyst “Wi-Fried?”

Excerpt

From the blog of Dariusz Leszczynski, Between a Rock and A Hard Place:

Excerpt:

As there are no perfect scientific studies, there are no perfect TV science programs. Every scientific study could be improved and every TV science program could be improved, too.

The Australian ‘Catalyst’ program tackled the very controversial science dealing with the possible health effects of wi-fi and cell phones, in a provocatively entitled “Wi-Fried?”, broadcasted on February 16, 2016 by the ABC TV.
Many of the viewers agreed with the opinions presented in the “Wi-Fried?” and many disagreed. Those who disagreed pressured the ABC TV to retract the “Wi-Fried?” and they succeeded. As of the July 5, 2016, by the decision of the Director of Television, Richard Finlayson, the program was retracted and is no longer available on the Catalyst’s website.

While I personally do not agree with several statements made in the “Wi-Fried?” program, I think the retraction of the program and suspension of the journalist, Maryanne Demasi, are too harsh actions. It appears that the ABC TV was possibly “pressured” to act and “scapegoats” were to be found and “retracted and suspended”.

STOP FCC 5G-Release Spectrum & Roll Out: List of Senate, FCC Members to Contact

STOP FCC 5G-Release Spectrum & Roll Out: List of Senate, FCC Members to Contact

STOP FCC Vote to Release New High Band Spectrum (above 24Ghz) for 5G network.  Means more harmful frequency, more small cell transmitters and END TO ALL LANDLINES.  Vote, Announcement, & Roll Out- Thursday, July 14th, 10:30am EST-Room TW-C305, FCC 445 12th St SW, Washington DC

Demand These Congress Members protect us from harm.  According to Martin Pall PhD, we know 4G is harmful and reports from other countries in Europe and South Korea say it is making more people sick because it pulses more.  We know form NTP study that harm is not about power and heating but more about frequency, wave length and pulsation.  5G heat less but it pulses more. None of these transmitters have been tested for non-thermal effects which NTP proved causes cancer and is neurotoxic.
Please call, email and ideally visit the US Senate and House Committees with Oversight over the FCC.  We have researched it for you.  Their names, pictures, email addresses, phone numbers, chiefs of staff, and the staff member with responsibility for the FCC are listed.  Try to hit Chief of Staff as well as legislative staff.  Chief of Staff definitely have more power and have the ear of the Senator or House member.  This is the Senate list and we will send out the House list as soon as we compile it.  You are welcome to call the FCC commissioners as well-see attached.

Start emailing, calling and visiting now.  I am heading to DC tomorrow or as soon as possible and I am hoping others will as well.  If you are visiting offices, I suggest you go separately or in pairs and represent different groups.  Do not say we are part of one group but you can say info is circulating on the internet and many many groups are outraged.

If you are Electromagnetically Intolerant tell them your symptoms; this way we may identify staff members who are also ES who can help us.

Breaking News: Wall Street Journal Rekindles Cellphone-Health Risk Debate

Breaking News: Wall Street Journal Rekindles Cellphone-Health Risk Debate

Joel's comments: According to the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, the newly-released study on cellphone radiation and cancer in rats conducted by the National Toxicology Program (NTP) resulted in more than 1,000 news stories. Nearly 150 reporters participated in the telephone press conference held by the NTP on May 27.

Unfortunately, much of the media coverage contained considerable bias, or "spin" intended to create doubt about the study's important findings regarding cancer risk from exposure to cellphone radiation. Notable exceptions included news stories that appeared in the Wall Street Journal and Mother Jones.
Perhaps, Ryan Knutson's followup story in the Wall Street Journal (see below) will capture the attention of the FDA. Since 2011 when the International Agency for Research on Cancer declared radiofrequency radiation "possibly carcinogenic to humans," hundreds of peer-reviewed studies have been published that find harm from wireless radiation exposure.  The FCC needs to stop selling off more spectrum to the wireless industry. and slow down the roll out of 5G technology until the FDA can ensure the public that wireless technologies are safe.

Debate Rekindled Over Health Risks From Cellphone Use

Study results support push for tougher standards to protect humans from potential health effects
Ryan Knutson, Wall Street Journal, July 6, 2016

Selected quotes:
"'It’s a paradigm shift in my mind because this is the first study where tremendous care was taken to use nonionizing radiation, and not heat up tissue, and then find that nonionizing radiation caused tumors,' said Otis Brawley, chief medical officer at the American Cancer Society."

"David Andrews, a senior scientist at the Environmental Working Group, which has pushed for tougher safety regulations, said what the recent NTP study 'indicates is that there are the potential for more subtle, but potentially much more damaging health effects.'”

"The FCC opened a proceeding to study the current standards in 2013, but hasn’t taken any action. The agency officially adopted cellphone RF safety limits in 1996."

"Dr. Gandhi, who was on the IEEE committee and voted against the test method in 2003, says phones should be tested with far less separation from the body and without the 6 mm ear. He has also pushed for a test for children."

"Jay Moulton, who runs a cellphone test lab in California, said most phones wouldn’t pass the body test without some separation. 'If they had to go to zero, every phone would fail and you’d never get them out on the market.'”

"Dr. Boice [head of the National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements, a congressionally chartered organization in charge of monitoring radiation safety] ... says it is a good idea to revisit the safety standards. 'Not because there’s overwhelming scientific knowledge to do so, but because there’s continued scientific uncertainty—and because everybody has one.'”

Microwave radiation (2.45 GHz)-induced oxidative stress: Whole-body exposure effect on histopathology of Wistar rats

Microwave radiation (2.45 GHz)-induced oxidative stress: Whole-body exposure effect on histopathology of Wistar rats

Parul Chauhan, H. N. Verma, Rashmi Sisodia & Kavindra Kumar Kesari. Microwave radiation (2.45 GHz)-induced oxidative stress: Whole-body exposure effect on histopathology of Wistar rats. Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine. Published online Jun 30, 2016. DOI:10.3109/15368378.2016.1144063.

Abstract
Man-made microwave and radiofrequency (RF) radiation technologies have been steadily increasing with the growing demand of electronic appliances such as microwave oven and cell phones. These appliances affect biological systems by increasing free radicals, thus leading to oxidative damage. The aim of this study was to explore the effect of 2.45 GHz microwave radiation on histology and the level of lipid peroxide (LPO) in Wistar rats. Sixty-day-old male Wistar rats with 180 ± 10 g body weight were used for this study. Animals were divided into two groups: sham exposed (control) and microwave exposed. These animals were exposed for 2 h a day for 35 d to 2.45 GHz microwave radiation (power density, 0.2 mW/cm2). The whole-body specific absorption rate (SAR) was estimated to be 0.14 W/kg. After completion of the exposure period, rats were sacrificed, and brain, liver, kidney, testis and spleen were stored/preserved for determination of LPO and histological parameters. Significantly high level of LPO was observed in the liver (p < 0.001), brain (p < 0.004) and spleen (p < 0.006) in samples from rats exposed to microwave radiation. Also histological changes were observed in the brain, liver, testis, kidney and spleen after whole-body microwave exposure, compared to the control group.

Based on the results obtained in this study, we conclude that exposure to microwave radiation 2 h a day for 35 d can potentially cause histopathology and oxidative changes in Wistar rats. These results indicate possible implications of such exposure on human health.

Open Letter Re: ABC, Australia, Wi-Fried Documentary by Maryanne Demasi

Open Letter Re: ABC, Australia, Wi-Fried Documentary by Maryanne Demasi

Ms Guthrie et al.

As a scientist who does research on the biological effects of radio frequency radiation, please see the attached pdf with my comments regarding ABC's Wi-Fried documentary.

I would urge you to reconsider removal of this documentary.  It does deal with a controversial issue but the views presented are far from fringe or unorthodox.  This documentary presents an issue that potentially affects billions of people globally who are exposed to wireless radiation.

Do not allow the wireless industry, under the guise of unbalanced or inaccurate reporting, to censor this documentary.

Tobacco used similar strong-arm tactics as indicated in the advertisement below.  These statements are now considered absurd as will be the wireless industry statements in the coming years.

Sincerely,
-magda havas

ABC Catalyst's Future Under Review After Episode Linking WiFi and Cancer

ABC Catalyst's Future Under Review After Episode Linking WiFi and Cancer

The future of the ABC’s science program Catalyst and presenter Maryanne Demasiare under review after an episode which linked Wi-Fi and mobile phones with health risks including brain cancer was found to have breached the ABC’s impartiality guidelines.

When the ABC aired “Wi-Fried?” in February several scientists, including professor of public health at the University of Sydney, Simon Chapman, said it was misleading and should never have gone to air.
Wi-Fried? relied heavily on a single US doctor, Devra Davis, who said about mobile phones: “Every single well-designed study ever conducted finds an increased risk of brain cancer with the heaviest users, and the range of the risk is between 50% to eightfold. That’s a fact.”
On Tuesday evening the ABC broadcast a correction at 8pm which said an internal investigation had found the program unduly favoured the unorthodox perspective that wireless devices and Wi-Fi pose significant health risks.
A review found that the program failed to present the weight of scientific evidence on the topic, and that credible peer-reviewed science was ignored in favour of the unorthodox and unsubstantiated view that wireless devices and Wi-Fi pose a significant health risk.
The finding is highly damaging to the Catalyst brand and puts pressure on the ABC’s director of television Richard Finlayson as it is the second major breach in three years that has resulted in an episode of Catalyst being discredited and removed from the website.
“Catalyst is a highly successful and respected science program that explores issues of enormous interest to many Australians,” Finlayson said in a statement. “There is no doubt the investigation of risks posed by widespread wireless devices is an important story but we believe greater care should have been taken in presenting complex and multiple points of view.”
Finlayson said the television division takes responsibility for the broader decision-making process that resulted in the program going to air and acknowledges it is the second significant breach for the program in two years.
He signalled the program was safe by saying he was reviewing the direction for Catalyst “with a view to strengthening this very important and popular program”.
Demasi has been suspended from air until September 2016. The presenter kept her job after the first breach in 2013 for a discredited program about statins.

After the ABC aired the two-part series on statins, which are the most prescribed medication in Australia and reduce heart attack and stroke risk, particularly for people with heart disease, a study found that a significant number of people stopped taking or reduced their dose.
On Tuesday, Demasi said on Twitter she had been “directed not to comment” on the review and she retweeted someone who said she needed whistleblower protection.

The ABC’s complaints unit found a number of inaccuracies in the Wi-Fried program:
It did not provide enough context for viewers to understand that the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classification of radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as “possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B)” was specifically based on a positive association found in some studies between heavy mobile phone use and glioma, and not on any potential risks having been found in relation to Wi-Fi use.

When citing the Bioinitiative Report, it did not acknowledge that report’s significant scientific criticisms and shortfalls, and consequently overstated its credibility and independence.
One statement in the program: “Newer studies showing that people who begin to use cell phones regularly and heavily as teenagers have four to eight times more malignant glioma, that’s a brain tumour, 10 years later” was materially misleading as it overstated the risks identified in the relevant 2009 study, and implied that that study hadn’t been considered by the IARC in its 2011 decision to classify RF electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic.
Another statement: “When the bombs fell at the end of World War II on Japan, we followed every person who survived. Forty years is how long it took for brain cancer to develop after that exposure”, overstated the latency period for brain cancer.
