Salzburg limit is 10 000 times stricter than Health Canada

I prefer telling people the 1 000 microwatt per square meter (or 0,6 volt per meter) Salzburg limit adopted in 1998, which is 10 000 times stricter than Health Canada’s Safety Code 6, has since been shown to be way above the non-thermal biological effect threshold. The BioInitiative report has shown such effects at 0,003 μW/cm2 or 30 μW/m2 or 0,106 V/m. Today, In today’s crazy wireless world where  everyone is exposed, the lower the better, but it's more realistic to avoid long-term exposure to 106 μw/m2 (0,2 V/m), the mid-term limit recommended by the Council of Europe, right? The attached Next-Up.org table is useful in this respect.
